Job Description

  1. Manage firewalls, routing, switching, and network security; ensure stable Internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi access.
  2. Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  3. Train and guide users to improve software and hardware efficiency.
  4. Create and manage user accounts and email; maintain server data and network mapping.
  5. Perform data backup and restoration to ensure information security.
  6. Monitor and prevent PC misuse; manage printer consumables and IT purchase approvals.
  7. Maintain software, hardware, and user account inventories; conduct regular audits.
  8. Research IT developments and support departmental training and development.
